My morning routine - after a shower/bath dry feet thoroughly. I then apply a 5p size piece of oil to the top of my feet and massage into my heal and between my toes. I then rub my feet together to spread the oil to the rest of my feet, including the soles. Try not to walk around just yet. I then slip on some socks and good to go.
Great for people who are on their feet during the day, people doing sport especially running, walkers. Feet can get dry, so some TLC is very welcome.
